Step 1 - Brainstorm
1 – In groups of four, decide a name for your school magazine.
2 – Decide on four articles that you will put in your magazine. The four articles must be:
- Une interview avec un(e) élève/professeur.
- Un article d’opinion sur les tendances, les loisirs ou les sujets qui comptent pour les collégiens.
- Une critique d’un film/livre/série.
- Un article d’actualité locale ou scolaire.
3. Decide who does what.
Step 2 - Create
1. Write your articles and prepare images. You may use a computer to write your articles, and AI to generate the images.
2. Put your articles together to make a physical magazine. Think about the layout (mis en page).
3. Print/photocopy your magazine so you have five copies.
Step 3 - Share
1. Pass copies of your magazine around the class.
2. Read your classmate’s magazines.
3. Which articles did you like?
Step 4 - Present
1. Present your magazine in front of the class. Why did you choose those articles? Present each article.
2. Take the copies of your magazine and leave them at the CDI.
Marking
You will be marked for the layout and content of your magazine. There will be one mark per group.
